Our solution centralizes not just the availability view across geographic locations, but also across device types. Traditionally monitoring, for example, security cameras, has required users to log into the custom software provided by the security service provider. The same has been true with point of sales systems, HVAC systems and music devices. Colony’s solution gives an overall view on the up-state of these devices, and not just for one location, but for all locations combined.
Monitoring
CloudMon monitors all network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless access points as well as IP devices on the network.
Alerting
CloudMon alerts when network infrastructure components fail and recover, providing administrators with notice of important events. Alerts can be delivered via email, SMS, or custom script.
Response
When coupled with our incident management system, customer IT staff can acknowledge alerts and begin resolving outages and investigating security alerts immediately. Alerts can be escalated to different groups if alerts are not acknowledged in a timely manner.
Reporting
Reports provide a historical record of outages, events, notifications, and alert response for later review. Availability reports help ensure your SLAs are being met.
