This website is for marketing and informational purposes only. Users with active credentials can log in to Colony's CloudOne platform to use features and functionality for subscribed services if a customer with live data, or enabled services with sample data, if not a customer.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Colony Networks or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Brands, marques, and logos of third parties displayed on this website belong to their respective owners and are used by Colony Networks under license or for identification purposes.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the website any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Customers will not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the Services or any software, documentation, or data related to the Services; modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services; use the Services for timesharing or service bureau purposes; or remove any proprietary notices or labels.

Active customers of Colony Networks, including Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and their respective customers, are bound to the terms and conditions of the separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) as agreed upon in the respective document.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Colony Networks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
